The Needly pH Balancing Toner is a lightweight yet moisturising toner that brightens and helps with anti-aging. It's slightly acidic formula is infused with coolin (mushroom extract), adenosine and tocopherol, which all help to prevent aging. It also contains panthenol to calm skin, niacinamide to brighten complexion, plus green tea, cica, rosemary and heartleaf extracts to soothe skin. Vitamin B5 is added through panthenol to form a strong moisture barrier, while grifolin – a natural ingredient – helps to nourish your skin and improve its firmness.
